Kriogel

Grease Kriogel (TOR 38.101924-82) is a perfluoropolyether thickened with inorganic thickening agent. Application requirements: good wear-preventive and extreme pressure properties, it is inert to oxygen and other aggressive media, it is inflammable.
The grease is efficient in threaded and other fixed connections at temperatures from -200 °C to +200 °C, in the friction assemblies at a temperatures from of -60 °C to +200 °C.
Applications: fittings friction assemblies, operating in contact with oxygen and other gases that are in the liquid state, as well as operating in the vapor corrosive environments.

Appearance and color: Ointment smooth structure of a golden yellow color

VNIINP -294

Grease VNIINP-294 (TOR 38.101273-72) is a silicone fluid thickened with inorganic thickening agent.
Application requirements: it is inert to rubber, resistant to alcohols, acetic acid, amines, hydrazines.
Operating efficiency at temperatures ranging from -60 °C to +150 °C, in aggressive environments – from -60 °C to +50 °C.
Applications: mating surfaces «metal to metal» and «metal to rubber» among alcohols, glycerol, acetic acid, amines and hydrazines.

VNIINP-280

Grease VNIINP-280 (TOR 38.101818-88) is a perfluoropolyether thickened with inorganic thickening agent. It has good frost resistance, resistance when operating in aggressive environments, has good sealing properties.
Operating efficiency at temperatures ranging from -60 °C to +150 °C.
Applications: roller bearings, threaded joints, spindles, flexible rubber seals, operating in aggressive environments, including oxygen gas. The substitute product – VNIINP-282 (from -45 °C).

VNIINP-298

Grease VNIINP-298 (TOR 38. 101751-78)

Applications: Glass and metal flexible joints, operating in vacuum systems, thermochemical treatment of metals in aggressive environments.

Application requirements: good adhesion and thermal stability, low volatility, good moisture and frost resistance. Operable in vacuum system up to 1.3 • 10-5 and at a temperatures from -60 °C to 250 °C.

Composition: Silicone fluid, thickened with modified silica gel.

VNIINP -283

Grease VNIINP -283 (TOR 38.101281-89) is a perfluoropolyether thickened with inorganic thickening agent, it contains a metal oxide.
The grease has good resistance to oxygen gas, it is water resistant, has good sealing properties.
Operating efficiency at temperatures ranging from -45 °C to +200 °C.
Applications: friction assemblies operating in contact with oxygen gas at a pressure up to 25 MPa, in threaded joints under the oxygen pressure inside the pipeline up to 100 MPa. The substitute product — VNIINP-282 (from — 150 °C).
