BNZ-4

The grease BNZ-4 (TOR 38 USSR 201197-80) is petroleum oil thickened with modified silica gel. It contains antioxidizing and other additives. The grease BNZ-4 possesses stability in the presence of steams of water and excited environments, high thermal and mechanical stability, good conservation properties.
It is efficient at temperatures from -40 °С…+160 °С. Application: the friction assemblies adjoining to steams of water and aggressive substances, vertical and inclined friction assemblies of industrial machines, bearings of conveyors drying chambers at machine-building factories. The substitute products: BNZ-5, Silikol.

Data on operational temperatures represent values, which are guided by a structure of lubricants, and also on a scope and technology of use. Depending on a kind of mechanical-dynamic loading lubricants change the consistence, conditional viscosity or viscosity at various temperatures, pressure and duration of operation. These changes of indicators can affect work of components.
