VNIINP -279

Grease VNIINP-279 (GOST 14296-78) is a synthetic hydrocarbon oil thickened with modified silica gel.
Application requirements: good wear-preventive properties, high mechanical, thermal, colloidal stability and low protective properties, reliable operation in aggressive environments. The grease has the sealing properties.
Operating efficiency at temperatures ranging from -50 °C to +150 °C, in aggressive environments at temperatures from -50 °C to +50 °C.
Applications: rolling and sliding bearings, threaded joints, connectors, valves and other components running on the air in aggressive environments.

Grease Ciatim-205 (GOST 8551-74) is a mixture of highly purified petroleum oils, thickened with a white ceresin.
Application requirements: resistant to concentrated inorganic acids, alkalis, amines, alcohols, hydrazines. High water resistance and protective properties. Operating efficiency at temperatures ranging from -60 °C to +50 °C.
Applications: threaded and contact joints and seals, working in aggressive environments.

VNIINP-295

Grease VNIINP-295 (TOR 38.101751-78) is close in composition to the grease VNIINP-294. It has good frost resistance, resistance when working in aggressive environments.
Operable in vacuum up to 1.3 x10-4 Pa and at a temperatures from -60 °C to +150 °C.
Applications: mating surfaces «metal-rubber» among glycerol, acetic acid, amines, hydrazines at a pressure of 40 MPa. The substitute product- VNIINP-294.

VNIINP -282

Grease VNIINP -282 (TOR 38.1011261-89) is perfluoropolyether thickened with inorganic thickening agent.
Application requirements: inert to strong oxidizing agents, compatible with polymers and rubber, waterproof, good extreme pressure properties. The grease is not prone to bake hardening; in resistance to oxygen, this grease is superior to most chemically resistant lubricants. This is sealing grease.
Operating efficiency at temperatures ranging from -45 °C to +150 °C.
Applications: friction assemblies operating in contact with oxygen gas at a pressure up to 25 MPa, in threaded joints under oxygen pressure inside the pipeline up to 100 MPa.
