Silicol

The grease Silicol (TOR 38 USSR 201149-73) a polyethylocsan fluid. It contains sulfur with castor oil. It possesses low evaporation, satisfactory water resistance, stability in excited environments.
On antiscuffing properties it concedes considerably to Grafitol grease and Aerol grease, but surpasses them in frost resistance. It is efficient at temperatures from -50 … +160 °С.
Application: bearings of a rolling of hot fans of furnaces of cementation and other industrial mechanisms. A substitute product is Limol grease.

Ciatim-221

The Ciatim-221 grease (GOST 9433-80) is an organosilicon liquid, thickened by complex soap, it contains an antioxidizing additive.
The basic operational characteristics: it is insoluble in water, hygroscopic, saves stability even at boiling. At moisture absorption it is condensed, has the low antiwear characteristics chemically proof, inert to rubber and polymeric materials. It is efficient at residual pressure 666,5 Pases in the range of temperatures from -60°С to +150°С.
Scope: bearings of a rolling of electromachines, control systems and devices with frequency of rotation to 10000 mines-1, modular bearings of flying machines, friction units and the interfaced surfaces «metal-rubber» working in vacuum.

BNZ-5

The grease BNZ-5 (TU 38 USSR 201197-80) used in bearings of a rolling of industrial mechanisms with systems of the centralised giving of grease, chain drives and transfers. The basic operational characteristics: on the basic properties it is possible to carry to semi-fluid greases. It is efficient at temperature-50… +160 °С. Structure: on structure it is close to grease БНЗ-4, however contains in 3 times of less thickener.

The grease VNIINP-233 (TOR 38.101687-77) — perfluoropolyether thickened with polymer. It possesses high thermal, mechanical, colloid stability and wear-protective characteristics. It is stable to influence of acids, efficient at temperatures from -30 °С…+250 °С.
Application: bearings of a rolling and sliding with oscillatory motions, the mating surfaces «metal-rubber». A substitute product is VNIINP-235.
