Aerol

The grease Aerol (TU 38 USSR 201171-79) on  structure  is like to grease Grafitol, but instead of graphite contains disulfide of molybdenum. It possesses the raised antiscuff and antiwear properties, high thermal stability and water resistance. The grease Aerol is efficient at temperature -25°?…+160°?. The Scope: bearings of traction chains of conveyors in drying chambers, friction units of distributing furnaces of pig-iron moulding and other mechanisms working at raised temperatures. A substitute is Grafitol.

The grease VNIINP-223 (GOST 12030-80) is a dioctyl sebacate thickened with complex soda soap. It contains antioxidizing and wear-protective additives.

Application: special high-speed ball bearings with frequency of rotation to 60000 mines-1, bearings of sliding and low-power tooth gearings. A substitute product is VNIINP-228.

The grease VNIINP-274 (GOST 19337-73) is oil of hydrocracking and reductive isomerization. It thickened with lithium soap of stearin acid and acids of the hydrogenated castor oil. The grease VNIINP-274 contains antioxidizing and antiscuffing additives.
It possesses low evaporation, high thermal and mechanical stability, frost-resistance. The grease VNIINP-274 is efficient in vacuum and at temperatures from -80 °?…+120 °?.
Application: small-sized precision ball bearings and low-power reducers with frequency of rotation of 15000-30000 mines-1. A substitute product is VNIINP-286.

The grease VNIINP-299 (TOR 38.101324-72) is organic silicon liquid thickened oil modified silica gel.
