Solid oil S

Synthetic solid oil (Solid oil S) (GOST 4366-76) is a general-purpose grease. It is a mix of oils acid-alkaline (70 %) and selective (30 %) clearings thickened with calcium soaps of stillage bottoms SZHK-grease (S20 and above) and low-molecular SZHK-grease С5-С6.
The basic operational characteristics is good water resistance, colloid stability, protective properties, a narrow range of working temperatures and low mechanical stability. It is efficient at temperatures from-30 … +65°С, in powerful mechanisms (bearings, hinges, blocks, etc.) – from -50 °C
Application: rather rough friction assemblies of mechanisms and machines, vehicles, agricultural machinery; manual and other tool, hinges, screw and chain transfers etc.

The graphitic grease

The graphitic grease (GOST 3333-80) is general purpose grease. It contains high-viscosity petroleum oil, thickened oil calcium soap with addition of 10 % of graphite.
The basic operational characteristics: it is efficient at temperatures from -20…+70°С; it is supposed to application at temperature lower than -20 °C in springs and similar devices. Application: friction assemblies of sliding of heavy duty slow-speed mechanisms; springs, suspension brackets of tractors and the machines, open tooth gearings, support of chisel chisels, etc.
Appearance and color: Homogeneous ointment from dark brown to black color

Solid oil ZH

Solid oil fatty (Solid oil ZH) (GOST 1033-79) is a general purpose grease; a mix of petroleum oils of average viscosity solidified with calcium soap of the fat acids which are a part natural (vegetative and animal) fats.
The basic operational characteristics: under the basic characteristics it is close to synthetic solid oils. It possesses the best is viscous-temperature properties, it is less condensed at storage. It is efficient at temperature-30 … +65°С, in powerful mechanisms (bearings, hinges, blocks, etc.) — from-50°S. The Scope: rough friction units in mechanisms and machines of vehicles, agricultural machinery; manual and other tool, screw and chain transfers and etc.
