Sealing of threaded joints of drill pipe locks with the operating temperatures at the bottom from -30 °C to 100 °C and pressures up to 30 MPa

Grease benzinoupornaya (GOST 7171-78) is a jointing paste (sealing compound); oxidized castor oil thickened with zinc soap of the castor oil acids. The application requirements: Practically insoluble in organic solvents and water.
Operating efficiency at temperatures ranging from –10 °C to +40 °C.
Applications: sealing of plug type valves and threaded connections of fuel and oil systems.

Applications: sealing of valves that are in the domestic hot water supply system. The substitute product: VNIINP-291.

Applications: Threaded connections of downhole motors, subs, drill bits, locks, deep and ultra-deep wells drill pipes.

Application requirements: Waterproof, toxic. Operating efficiency at temperatures ranging from -50 °C to 200 °C.

Composition: silicone and petroleum oils mixture thickened with lithium and aluminum stearates; contains plumbum dust, plumbous oxide and lead sulfide.
