The grease VNIINP-286 (TOR 38.101181-77) is oil of hydrocracking and reductive isomerization. It is thickened with lithium soap of stearin acid and acids of the hydrogenated castor oil. It contains antioxidizing and antiscuffing additives.
The grease VNIINP-286 possesses low colloid stability, high mechanical stability and water resistance, surpasses all other greases for gyroscopes in frost resistance. It is efficient at temperatures from -60 °С…+120 °С. The application: gyroscope rotor bearings. A substitute product is VNIINP-274.
