Oil I-40A

Oil И-40А (GOST 20799-88) is a distillate oil or a mix of distillate oil with residual oil from sulphurous and low-sulphur petroleums of selective clearing.
It used as working liquids in hydraulic systems of the machine-tool equipment, automatic transfer lines, presses, for greasing it is easy — also middlingloaded tooth gearings, slideways bearing and sliding of machine tools where it is not required special oils, and other mechanisms. Most widely apply oil I-40A in hydraulic systems of the industrial equipment, to the building, road and other machines working on open air.
Application specified oils in those or other mechanisms depends on their viscosity: in process of its increase in oil use in more loaded and less high-speed mechanisms. It is possible to replace the specified oil with alloyed oils IGP-18, IGP-30, IGP-38 and IGP-49 (TU 38.101413-97) corresponding viscosity.

Oil I-8A

Oil I-8A (GOST 20799-88) is distillate, from low-sulfur and sulfurous petroleums of selective clearing. It is used in various industries for greasing the most widespread easy-loaded, high-speed sites and mechanisms, lubricating fibers and in manufacturing of oils, greases and rubbers.
Besides, it is used for greasing skin, manufacturing of pastes, mastics, window putty, etc. A number of branches of a national economy use this oil as a working liquid for hydraulic systems of various building machines.
Oil I-8A applies to full-fashioning and linking knitted machines, the low-loaded friction assemblies working with frequency of rotation of 5-15000 mines-1, sewing and knitting machines, spindles of grinding circles of metal-cutting machine tools, instrumentations. It is possible to replace with oils ILS-5, ILS-10 and I-5A.

INSp-110

Oil INSp-110 (TU 0253-007-00151911-93) is distilling, residual oil or a mix of distilling and residual oil oils from sulphurous petroleums of the selective clearing, containing anti-«stick-slip», antiscoring additive, adhesive, solubilizationg and antifoamy additives.
Apply for vertical plain slideway and slideway bearing of metal-cutting machine tools, and also horizontal directing with vertical sides of the big area. Besides, it is possible to use for greasing of other knots of machine tools, such, as gear and worm gears, пиноли, cams, ratchet mechanisms.

ILS-10

Oil ILS-10 (TU 38.1011191-97) — distilling oil from sulphurous petroleums of deep selective clearing with antioxidizing, antiwear, anticorrosive and antifoamy additives. Are intended for high-speed spindle unit of metal-cutting machine tools.
Oil ИЛС-10 economically is the most expedient for using instead of oils corresponding on viscosity without additives I-5A and I-8A.

IGP-114

Oil IGP-114 (TU 38.101413-97) is a distillate oil, residual oil or a mix of distillate and residual oils from sulphurous petroleums of deep selective clearing with antioxidizing, antiwear, anticorrosive and antifoamy additives.
Apply them basically to greasing of the modern domestic and import equipment in various branches of a national economy for which operation oils with the improved operational properties are necessary.
Oil IGP-114 use in hydraulic systems heavy прессового the equipment and for greasing шестеренчатых transfers, middlingloaded gear and worm reducers, in circulating systems of grease of the various equipment.
The basic indicators characterising operational properties of oils IGP, viscosity, stability against oxidation, anticorrosive properties and firmness to foaming are.
