MUS-3A

The grease MUS-3A (TU 38.10171-74)
Scope: the friction units working in contact to sea water.
The basic operational characteristics: Good conservation and antiscuff properties, cold-resistant. It is efficient in the range of temperatures from -50 °C to 65 °C.

Structure: Low-viscosity petroleum oil, solidified with stearin of barium and aluminium, and as a ceresin wax; contains viscous both antioxidizing additives and antifrictional additives.

AMS-3

The grease AMS-3 (GOST 2712-75) is a high-viscosity petroleum oil thickened with aluminum soap of stearin acid. The basic operational characteristics: High conservation characteristics, adhesion to metal, water resistance.
It is efficient at temperatures from 0 … +75 °?. The application: prevention of corrosion of mechanisms of the ships, submarines, seaplanes.
