VNIINP-270

The grease VNIINP-270 (TOR 38.10164-76) is a mix of organic silicon liquid and a difficult ether. It is thickened with complex soda soap and contains an antioxidizing additive and a molybdenum disulfide.
The grease VNIINP-270 possesses low evaporation, high colloid stability, low water resistance, good antiscuffing properties. It is efficient in vacuum to 10 micro Pa and at temperatures from -60 °С…+80 °С.
The grease VNIINP-270 is used in ball-bearings of low-power electric motors with frequency of rotation to 10000 mines-1, bearings of electro motors of potentiometers and gyroscopes. A substitute product is VNIINP-257.
